Egis - Betadine

Creative concept:

Not many things are certain in life. But Betadine is one of them. In this sequel of the ’New Betadine Stories’, we continue sharing our story about Betadine’s numerous benefits, arching from the experiences and point of view of our previously known Betadine kid to his adult self, around 18-22 years old. Our insight here is that even though some things change – like your age or your wound types –, there are things that don’t and shouldn't. Like your Betadine. So, when you face new, emerging problems like skin fungus while moving ahead with your life, you can rest assured: you already have a familiar, trusted solution to tackle them.

Execution:

‘The grown-up Betadine story’ is shot precisely as ‘The new Betadine stories’ for conceptual continuity, but it is telling a more evolved story. Our kid from the first video is still talking about his 'wound stories' with one crucial difference. He is older now. With the age-switch, we put Betadine in a completely renewed context, emphasizing its ever-evolving benefits (also effective against more ‘adulty’ wounds, like skin fungus). In the beginning, his story has a childish upbeat in memoriam of the first part which then transforms into a confident man’s approach, who made a conscious decision to keep Betadine in his life – even without his mom’s say so. Then our guy leaves the screen and proceeds with his life (being unstoppable), leading us into the DEMO part.
